Caséine est un vieux médium ( avant l'invention de Acrylique )à base d'eau comme la Gouache. plus permanent que la Gouache mais moins qu'Acrylique. C'est un peu difficile de les trouver maintenant.

Thank you.
About your question, Unfortunately I have no specific link to refer to you. The brand name of my paint is Shiva, maybe their website has something on Casein.
It's an old medium , before the invention of Acrylic. I may say that it's between Gouach and Acrylic.
It dries as fast as those mediums but the differences are:

- Once dried , it's MORE permanent than Gouach ( very fragile with water ) but NOT as strong and permanent as Acrylic. That means that you still can soften the edges or blend the colors a little after drying, 1, 2 days.

-It seem to me that it has a thicker body than Gouach, you can do impasto to some degree but still , less than Acrylic.

Hoping these brief descriptions are useful for you.
